Northern Lights Business Center

The first building in Tyumen with a media facade is the result of the creativity of the architectural bureau Weiss Group. Dynamic light animations on the glass walls of the 22-storey tower of the Northern Lights business center transform the spatial perception of the building in the dark. The business complex turns heads just like the amazing natural phenomenon that gave it its name.

Developer: PSK Dom Development Group The building with an area of 15 thousand square meters meets the technical requirements for business centers of class "A": Swedish air conditioning system, fire alarm system, high-speed fiber-optic communication, access control and management system.

The advanced business complex is located on the first line from the center of Tyumen, 5 minutes by car, and 18 minutes by bike. The total area of office space is 11.5 thousand square meters with a free layout. On the ground floor there is a conference hall for 250 people, a cafe, Parking for 200 places. The key tenant was the Rosneft company.

The facades of the monolithic building are partially faced with glass. From the windows of the office premises, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire city. The architectural solution is made of glass with a pronounced blue tint in the reflected light of Pilkington Suncool® 50/25 Pro T, in harmony with the white facade cladding.

The high light transmission and selectivity of this product, as well as its energy-saving properties, allow you to save on heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. And thanks to the magnetron sputtering technology, the glass allows in light, but does not alter it's color, providing neutral lighting inside the room. This creates a comfortable environment in offices with a color facade solution.
