Insurgentes Capital Business Center

Pilkington Suncool® 40/22 Pro T

Insurgentes Capital Business Center

The completely glass, minimalistic Insurgentes Capital skyscraper rises more than 100 meters above the building of the Rebel Alley. It was she who gave the name to the business center located in the Mexican capital. The panoramic windows offer stunning views of Mexico City and the nearby stadium.

The Mexican company 3Difica and the American developer Cushman&Wakefield took part in the implementation of the project. The author of the unusual sculptures that surround the business center was Tony Cragg. The business center structure, with a height of 25 floors has more than 30 thousand square meters of office and retail space, cafes, restaurants and even a school. Insurgentes Capital is a world-class innovative project. It is focused on innovation in urbanism, as well as modern high technologies and green standards. The energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of the skyscraper is confirmed by the international LEED certificate. During the construction of the building, exclusively natural materials were used, including glass and reinforced concrete. Thanks to the glass facades, the interior space is filled with natural light. In addition, the important requirements of the developer were reliability, safety and sun protection, which is especially relevant for the subtropical climate of Mexico City. The choice fell on the Suncool 40/22 Pro T glasses from Pilkington. This architectural-class product is an excellent solution for those cases where maximum protection from solar radiation is required at high light transmission. The glass is ideal for glazing atriums and offices.
