LCD Vorobiev House

Vorobyov Dom residential complex, contracted by MR group and the Zenit Bank investor on the Sparrow Hills, consists of three different sized houses, united by a stylobate visor.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, architects Andrey Romanov and Ekaterina Kuznetsova from the ADM workshop gave the stylobate functionality: it serves as a roof-canopy for approaching cars and passengers around them. A cut in the design of round holes are light windows and space for growing trees.

White stone, red brick, ceramic panels imitating wood, and of course, glass were used in the building facade design. A highly selective Pilkington Suncool® 66/33 Pro T glass, which has a low specularity and excellent solar factor with high light transmission glass is used in the panoramic residential complex windows.

Special attention should be paid to the curved slumping glass framing the corners of the 16-storey building. It offers the most stunning view of the Moscow river and Luzhniki stadium.
